AMD has introduced new Ryzen processors with integrated graphics for desktop PCs with the AM4 version: The CPUs of the Ryzen 5000G “Cezanne” series are closely related to the Ryzen 5000U / H mobile chips. There is a choice of two models with 35 or 65 watt thermal design power from Ryzen 3, 5 and 7 with four, six and eight cores.
The Ryzen 5000G roll off the assembly line at TSMC using 7 nanometer technology. They consist of AMD’s current Zen 3 architecture with eight cores per CPU core complex and a Radeon GPU with up to 512 shaders. In contrast to the Ryzen 5000 “Vermeer” desktop processors, however, these are monolithic chips without a separate I / O die. In order to accommodate the blocks for the I / O units and the GPU in the die, AMD saves on the level 3 cache: the Ryzen 5000G only have 16 instead of 32 MB per CCX.

AMD has not yet published information on prices and availability. The predecessor Ryzen 4000G and Ryzen Pro 4000G were reserved exclusively for PC manufacturers and were only available individually as a tray variant in the gray market.
