Attacks on Exchange servers have been causing a sensation worldwide since the beginning of March. In this country tens of thousands of servers are affected and the Federal Office for Information Security has declared the “IT threat situation red”.

The dating apps Tinder and Match will in future have a background check for interested partners. The Match Group announced that the screening of criminals should increase the safety of users. In addition to Tinder and Match, the company also includes the services OK Cupid and Hinge. The Garbo platform will do the background check for users in the USA. The nonprofit offers background checks by collecting public records and reports of violence or abuse. The Match Group will begin testing and expanding the features for Garbo on Tinder in the US in the coming months. User data will not be passed on to Garbo, it said.

The network equipment supplier Nokia wants to cut costs significantly by cutting up to 10,000 jobs. The US electric scooter rental company Bird is taking 125 million euros into its hands for an accelerated expansion in Europe.
