Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH, online retailer for windows and doors, sold 74.2 percent of its shares to the Upper Austrian IFN Holding AG. With the new majority shareholder, the company wants to benefit from the know-how of IFN in the window and door sector.
After the exploratory process, Neuffer windows + doors and IFN Holding AG, based in Traun in Upper Austria, have successfully reached an agreement. Subject to the approval of the Federal Cartel Office, IFN will become the new majority shareholder and, among other things, will take over the shares of the Swedish investment company Latour in the Stuttgart-based company, which was founded in 1872.
