The download version 1.34 of GTA Online is now available for Windows PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4. Depending on the platform, one to two GBytes have to be downloaded, but there is also a lot of new content. Rockstar Games calls the update Los Santos Summer Special.
Among other things, there is access to six other co-op missions via the Galaxy superyacht, in which a total of four people can take part. To get started you either have to own the yacht or call the captain and ask for a job. The stakes bring in between 14,000 and 25,000 GTA dollars – even double that by August 19, 2020.
There are also 15 new vehicles, including sports cars with pretty stupid names like Lampadati Tigon, Invetero Coquette D10 and Declasse DR1. In addition, there are two speedsters, another racing series and nine additional tracks for races in open-wheel mode.
There is more new content as well as a number of improvements. So the players can own eight properties, in addition to changes in the handling of personal vehicles and the Pegasus, such as including the patch notes to explain.
Meanwhile, there are reports of massive problems in the online mode of Red Dead Redemption 2, also operated by Rockstar Games. Polygon writes aboutthat many players in the western world can’t shoot. Sometimes you are alone on the servers, apart from mysteriously disappearing and appearing horses.
Particularly strange: there are always reports of a bald cowboy who appears in the online world – without any explanation. It is now speculated that the mysterious figure could be the hacker who (possibly) damaged the servers. Rockstar Games has not yet commented publicly on the matter.
