The willingness to help the people in the Ukraine war is great. The branch of the digital commerce agency Blackbit in Kyiv is also directly affected.
The everyday life of the digital commerce agency team Blackbit in Kyiv is no longer the same due to the Ukraine war and its effects. Colleagues with whom the employees of Blackbit’s German locations exchanged ideas on a daily basis and discussed projects and work statuses were suddenly torn from their everyday lives and ours. After the Russian army invaded Ukraine, Blackbit is still in contact with some of the team members in Kyiv. Today, the calls are no longer just about projects and current to-dos – it’s about how the colleagues are doing, how they experience the situation, what they are doing on site to help others and how we in Germany are doing can help out.
Ukraine war: Blackbit calls for fundraising
The colleagues from Blackbit in Kyiv, who are themselves busy helping others and organizing help, have mentioned some ways in which the German population can make a meaningful contribution to supporting the people in Ukraine. The focus is on the following donations and measures:
- Medical Supplies: Support volunteers who provide much-needed medical supplies directly in combat zones.
- Medicine Delivery: Help by facilitating urgently needed medicine shipments from abroad.
- Ukrainian Army: Support the resistance by funding equipment.
- Living and working space: Provide refugees with accommodation and make your living space available. This is among other things here possible.
